Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags remain attached and shoe boxes are placed inside a separate shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
